Very attentive personnel, and very informative. We had a room with a amazing terrace very spacious and perfect for relax while watching ppl go by. However all inclusive food is just want you spect from a simple kitchen. Served by teens in their 13ths not very professional and we could see the lack of experience and training.

It was our second time at the Gala: last year we had a great time and returned. Also this year we were welcomed and pampered all the time. Excellent food, very kind and cordial staff (it seems to be in the family), modern structure, clean rooms and a really pleasant relaxation area by the pool. We also asked if we could do a small room upgrade and we were accommodated. It really is a top facility, perfect for families and we will always be happy to return.

Excellent experience, a hotel that deserves a few more stars given the services it offers. Truly professional, helpful and kind staff. Large rooms, well furnished and perfectly clean. Central location and very close to the sea. The swimming pool on the roof is a real gem! The cuisine was excellent, varied and the wait staff was impeccable. In addition to going back I will certainly do excellent publicity.

What about a fantastic holiday in an amazing hotel ... It is the first year that we stop at the Gala hotel and from the first moment we found ourselves "at home". Cozy rooms with a nice bathroom, the very nice and always friendly staff, in the catering service there is a nice buffet with a wide choice and for the little ones there are dishes dedicated to them. Super professional entertainer every day... Rosa is a wonderful girl. Finally, the swimming pool on the top floor, very clean and with hot water 😍 .. Surely next summer we will return ... The owners Mauro and Sara are lovely people. See you soon 😍

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the hotel gala in Misano for a few days of vacation. Very nice structure, very nice, functional and clean rooms, excellently prepared food with a good variety of dishes on offer. The swimming pool on the attic is a gem. Worth trying, top staff, exquisite and helpful owners.

We have just returned from our holiday, if I could I would give it 10 stars! In a word, everything was FANTASTIC, excellent location, cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general IMPECCABLE. Mauro and his wife are truly fantastic people who make you feel at home. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet with lots of choice, thanks chef Nicoletta, I'd better not go on the scales 😅😅. THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF always very attentive to the needs of the guests and what is rare always with a smile...Rosa the super entertainer with the children...panoramic swimming pool, SPA, swimming pool on the beach...Comfortable rooms complete in EVERYTHING.How to conclude WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!! SUPER RECOMMENDED..❤️

Returned a few days after spending a week in this beautiful hotel. The owners and all the staff are amazing, very kind and always available. Very nice and clean rooms and pool. Great food and service, can't wait to go back.
